  The people working there were fine - but no bowls or trays for kids meals. No chicken al pastor. I asked for barbacoa and even though they were out there was none being made. I was told it would take 20 minutes. This was at 6:00, prime dinner hour. I like Chipotle but can’t recommend this store.

  First of let me start off by saying Brandi, Brea and Maddi did the best they can with what they have to work with. You can do much of anything when you don't have the right person in place. I will be reaching to the GM and her boss to let them know how terrible she is The Leadership in this location suck. First off 1 Cook, 1 cashier, lines out the door, online orders backed up and no rice, no beans and nothing prepped because the young ladies couldn't get ahead. The moral in the building is terrible because of the lack of Management with this location. Hearing what happened today told me everything I need to know about the leadership in this establishment.

  I wish I had more hands so I could give this location 4 thumbs down. 👎👎👎👎 Gas is far too expensive to be sitting in the pickup line for 30+ minutes. Slop bowls take like 2 minutes to assemble... What are y'all doing in there? Seems like you get your food faster if you don't order ahead because there's no way for them to know when you're in line and the in store orders to online orders ratio is busted. Saw 5+ people walk in, order, and get their food before 1 car in the pickup line moved.

  Just don't. I ordered online, person not 3rd party and it was a whole deal. They don't have a drive through window for ordering.The window is reserved for pickup only. Well apparently my online order wasn't considered drive through worthy. I was told they didn't have my order and to come inside. The second I stepped foot in the door they suddenly had my order. I was then villainized for asking why I couldn't pickup through the window, as it is the sole purpose. I was pleasant but questioning and that that didn't bode well with the staff. I left very wary and unsure. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

  It’s already sketchy that you cannot walk in and order beef. I was told that I had to order online. Then they went to the back to get it, out of view. I hadn’t read the reviews before visiting and I wish I had. I came here after a few bites and realizing what an odd texture my “chicken” was and how hard and odd my “beef” was. The initial couple of bites had great flavor. After about 5 minutes, it change and became l…just odd. Have been to Chipotle’s all over the US and have never had this kind of food or experience. Will NOT eat here again.
