- BBBudApr 5, 20264.0The staff is friendly but the drive thru is not well laid out since it sits next to a retaining wall and it looks to be an older store. Mobile thru should be its own line but gets funneled into the normal drive thru line causing it to get slowed down all the same.
- MPMicah PeelerMar 31, 20261.0The fryer was down and I wasn't informed until after I payed for my order, which is fine, like I get it, it happens sometimes, but the management was bad and did a poor job offering refunds or new food. Overhead someone through the window saying "why is he still here?", and then someone else realized my bag of partial food was sitting on the counter and they had forgotten to hand it to me for five minutes while I sat there. One bad experience doesn't determine whether or not I'll come back but it definitely worsened my view of management and some employees. Also $14 is crazy for a meal.

We had not been in Chic Fil A in a while in Belmont. I thought they could have waited until all the customers left, before mixing cleaning supplies that they use in the dining room with food that customers were eating at the time. Then b4 8:00 pm about 7:50 pm the associate starting sweeping around us and taking the chairs and turning them over on to the booth tabled. So if anyone came in to eat they could not sit down in here period.
