When I got to the window, they handed me a bag and said, “Have a good day.” I told them I was still missing the kids’ meal. The employee apologized, went back, and brought it out. When I got home, I realized there was no cheese—even though I paid for it. I know it’s just a dollar, but it feels like this McDonald’s can’t get their act together. It’s always something. I called when I got home and asked to speak with a manager. A young-sounding girl told me the manager was too busy and to call back in 10 minutes. I said, “No shit, I just left there.” She told me there was no need to cuss at her. She was right—I shouldn’t have said that, even if it wasn’t directed at her personally. I’m sure she’s heard (and said) worse, but still… The bigger issue is that every single visit here seems to turn into a hassle.

Cashier, got onto us multiple occasions, told us our son who has ADHD they he had to have on a shirt. (He's 10 yrs old ) We were in the process of getting one, and she said it again. I had to rudely tell her that we were getting him one.There's no sign bout a shirt ! We are out of town visitors, and our hometown doesn't do it !
