This McDonald’s in Beaufort has a sign that says they open at 7:00..yet the inside they refuse to open. They told me today that the drive thru is only open yet there was a customer inside…the excuse when I asked was if not enough people are inside, they won’t open the doors..just drive thru…well if the doors are locked nobody will come inside…the place needs to be fined for false advertising as they are not truly open when they say they are. I wanted to have breakfast with my 11 year old daughter before school. Instead we had to sit in the car. Not the end of the world but I am just big on “do what you say you are going to do.” If the sign says open at 7:00 and we go at 7:20..we should be able to sit inside.

plain with just cheese doesn’t mean plain with random sauces in the middle. every restaurant i go to has this issue.

I went in there tonight for something to eat . Firstly I had to order at the kiosk because no employee is attentive to the customers who walk in . Secondly I had to sit there and wait for 5 minutes just to get 2 sauces that I had already ordered & should have received with the rest of my order . So then my nuggets got cold because of this inconvenience. Lastly and the most important thing , as I was sitting down eating my cold nuggets I witnessed a child of an employee (no older then 8 years old) wiping down all the tables in the establishment. Is the child going to get paid? Since when is it okay to let a child do an employees job?

For literally no reason they never opened the lobby this morning. My car windows are unable to open so drive through is unavailable for me
