  Definitely not as bad as some are making it out to be. Staff was friendly, food was hot and correct. Its McDonalds, not a Michilin star resraurant. The Big Arch is pretty good actually.

  I am submitting this as a formal complaint regarding this location. My visit was unacceptable from a basic service and food safety standpoint. The restaurant was visibly unclean, the wait time was excessive, and the food was served cold after a prolonged delay. More concerning was the lack of professionalism from staff and the absence of any effort to correct the issue when it was brought to their attention. This experience reflects significant failures in management oversight, cleanliness standards, and customer service expectations associated with your brand. I strongly recommend this location be reviewed for quality control, staff training, and sanitation practices. At this time, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning unless meaningful improvements are made.

  Came here after a long day snowboarding, crew was understaffed but did not fail deliver fast and good service. Wish we could’ve caught the names of the crew members for making fresh food even though they were slammed.
