  In Drive thru for 30 minutes. Still didn't order. It's awful to have just 2 people working on a Friday night. Just close early at least.

  The wife went to get food and as usual it was cold and after they tried to give cold fries again they made it seem like it was next level to receive hot food to eat. Good customer service is hard to come by in Asheville so when you receive it, it sticks out and it’s really appreciated. You don’t get a cookie for showing up and doing your job. I worked in the food industry for seven years around the early 2000s and this type of Customer Service would have never been tolerated or accepted as usual operation. Everyone has bad days but we are all in this together and you know damn well you wouldn’t accept getting cold food when you’re paying the kind of prices that 2026 has to offer.

  Waited 30 minutes in line for it to just stop and not move for a good 20 more. And then once I decided to pull off I come thru the front of the parking lot and they are just standing in the lobby. Crap like this is why fast food has a bad name. Been at work 12 hours I just want food man. Either make the food or close your doors and do people a favor and not waste time. 1/10.
