  Theres like dry beans that look like coffee. I asked for no meat so the were going to give me refried and black beans and I got no refried and this dry coffee stuff.

  I was redoing my house and I had people here I needed to feed. Place an order for over $60 worth of food. I sent someone to get it she waited at the restaurant for 45 minutes to get the food. When she got back they hadn't given us several items. So she went back to get them and I called the restaurant to let them know. Before I got in touch with anyone, cuz because we live right down the road, the person I sent to get the food corrected called me. I could hear in the background a female just bitching. I was told it was the only woman cook there and she took the phone and proceeded to tell me I was lying about missing two tacos. She said there are cameras back here, and they were in there. I triple checked the bag and they were not. Calmly I told her this. And then I told her that because my friend had to come back to get the order corrected, the food was cold and soggy before anybody got to eat it. She said I'm not remaking the order, give you those two tacos but that's it. I asked for her name and she hated the phone back to the person I had sent. Like okay I spent $60 on food here and I'm going to lie about two tacos? Or waste time sending someone back for two tacos. The manager actually seemed scared of the cook because I called back and asked for her name and the manager said he wasn't out there so he didn't know who I was talking to you earlier. I said you don't know what's going on in your own store? I said I'm not getting off the phone until you tell me who that was and then I'm going to call corporate. He said well the only female we have here tonight is the cook and her name is I want to say Angie but I'm not sure because I was so mad I forgot. So okay you just lied to me? He said well I'll send you some vouchers for free tacos. Turns out that's one taco per visit. Our meal was awful too. Like rushed, slapped together, half open in the wrappers. Never again.

  Do not stop at this Taco Bell. The staff is horrendous and very unprofessional. We placed our order at the kiosk. Two other people came in after us and ordered at the counter. Both of them got their food before us and when we said something to the employees they said that they had ordered on the mobile phone even though we watched them take the orders for the other two people at the counter. If they're going to lie to you about that what else are they going to lie to about. Stay away.

  1 star – Absolutely disgusting experience, never again Visited the Taco Bell on Brevard Rd in Asheville around 8:15pm on a Thursday. Place looked dirty from the moment I walked in—sticky floors, trash overflowing by the soda machine, and what looked like old food crusted on the front counter. Ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme combo, a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, and a large Baja Blast. The food came out in under 5 minutes, which should’ve been a good sign, but it was clearly rushed: • The Crunchwrap was falling apart before I even got to the car. The wrapper was barely folded, and half the filling (mostly lettuce and a tiny smear of nacho cheese) spilled out onto the bag. • The Gordita had almost no beef—just a sad little pile of dry meat that tasted mostly like old grease and seasoning packet. The flatbread was soggy and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. • Fries were cold and limp. Not even close to crispy. Tasted like they’d been sitting in the warmer since lunch. • The Baja Blast was flat. Literally no carbonation. Tasted like someone poured it hours earlier and just topped it off with more syrup. When I went back inside to complain (politely), the employee at the register just shrugged and said “that’s how it comes out sometimes” without even offering to remake anything or refund. Manager never came out. They were too busy arguing with each other behind the line about who was supposed to restock the sauce packets. Also, the bathroom was out of order (sign taped to the door), there was a weird sour smell throughout the dining area, and two of the four booths had food on them with sauce smears. For $14.87 I expected at least edible food and basic cleanliness. This was the worst fast food experience I’ve had in years. Will drive the extra 10 minutes to literally any other Taco Bell (or just make a quesadilla at home) from now on. Never again. 1 star is generous.
