  When I arrived the front door was locked I almost left but saw ppl in the lobby.. when I walked in the tall guy working saw me didn’t greet me or acknowledge me at all I waited so long at the register another girl (short with reddish hair) spotted me after working along side the guy for a couple minutes. I mentioned the door being locked. I asked for a coffee made with half n half instead of the regular milk. The coffee the girl gave me was so white because she used way too much or added it to the normal latte. All I could taste was half and half. I asked for it to be remade by an older lady. The older lady gave me my cup it was made right but she didn’t fill the cup up all the way as shown in the picture. I don’t about you but if I pay 6 bucks for a coffee I want the full cup. As I was waiting for my food to be done another customer came in and mentioned the doors being locked also. A few minutes later when I left I mentioned the doors were locked again! Crazy they don’t listen to their customers which is their job. Mediocre service and terrible customer service skills. I will never go back.

  The staff were all laid back and helpful and asked if I needed anything extra with smiles, and I sat in the back it was nice and quiet. Food was nice and tasted good, probably will go back there to study sometime if I need to.

  Tables are full of crumbs. No one came to clean in my 2 hours there. Hazelnut coffee empty, told 3 different staffs n finally someone took care of it 45 min later. Food is expensive 😩. Won't be coming back. This place doesn't use to be that bad before

  I work near panera and 8 there a lot. so my husband gave me gift cards for panera at christmas. I went in and was treated terribly by an employee.I think might be named susie. A short elderly lady with grey hair. I went in and talked to the manager. Call tour, I was still upset.I didn't even want my gift cards and gave them back to her. They did nothing to make it right. They asked me for my phone number but never called me.
