  Very rude , my husband nicely corrected her by saying we ordered 4 cheese burgers instead of two and she mumbled where we could hear her you said 2 and then said pull around all hateful!

  The store closes early every night and gets very rude if you ask why it says closed at 11 pm and there closed 1020,1030,always early

  This place forgets something every time I order from here the point of getting a value meal is to get all the items that are ordered!! Then they don’t want to answer the phones to correct the issue! MY kid didn’t get dinner because they left his nuggets out! Can we count? It’s not just one time it’s EVERY single visit!

  Usually, I order food through the app and I put everything that I need in the mobile order. Today, I also ordered through the app but I forgot to put in a request for sauce (which is, by the way, free so I was not trying to get out of paying for it). Due to it being a mobile order, I didn't stop at the window for payment and went straight to the order pick up window. I got my drink then the employee handed me my food and I was like, "Hey, is there any chance I can grab X and Y sauce?" They brought it back to me and said, "Next time ask for it at the first window. They're going to start cracking down on this." Confused, because the sauce is free, I went, "It's free in the app?" And they responded with, "Then order it in the app." I felt their tone was unnecessarily hostile for a situation where I had requested SAUCE. Instead of further engagement, I drove off.
