    AVOID! Avoid! Avoid! My food was cold. Replaced fries, they forgot the 1/4. Asked for a refund and got an attitude from MICKY who appeared to be the manager. PLUS he thought it was funny that I now had to go elsewhere for dinner. There’s plenty of other places around here - go there instead!

    It's a new McDonald's, it's very clean, good staff, delicious and good service, but it's an electric piano, although it looks cool, it plays terribly! Firstly, the piano is out of tune, secondly, it just sounds off — there’s no harmony or melody, just random notes, it would be better to put a real person there or remove it altogether, I feel sorry for the staff who have to listen to it all the time. Well, except for that terrible piano, we really enjoyed our visit

    I went through the drivethrough at 11 to beat lunch traffic. They were slightly busy already. I ordered using my app, the drivethrough was a little slow but it was ok. I ordered a big mac combo with a coke and i added on two pies. When I received my bag, the pies were not in the bag. I pulled to the side and went in because the drive through woman wouldn't come back to the window and I didnt want to hold up the line. The woman who came to help me didnt understand what I was asking for and kept trying to give me strawberry jelly instead of the pies. In the end, I got frustrated and just left. The fries were good. Fresh and hot. The sandwich was also good. I just wish I had gotten everything i ordered or there was a little more assistance with the crew so that everyone can understand.

    Arrived after placing an online order and waited 20 min trying to get someone’s attention and 2 people walked by and looked at us and didn’t acknowledge we were there. After banging on the doctor to get someone’s attention a guy came to the window and told us that the store closes at 4a each day. We explained the order was placed before 4a. He said it was the app that’s open not the store and refused to help us figure out how to get a refund. WORST customer service ever. Might I add I had been here at this store in the last week at Little after 4a and came through drive thru. If this store is not 24 hours then the app needs to reflect that. If it is 24 hours, is the cooperate chain aware they are not following protocols? But either way, worst customer service and we will certainly make sure our 3rd shift crew members and those in our profession know to avoid this store. pS: charged $11 and still no refund nor food. The guy said we could do the refund on the app, negative… you cannot, it will not let you. So I guess I am out $11!

    If I could give this McDonald's a negative star review I certainly would. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been in and its brand freaking new after Hurricane Helene. Sandwich didn't have lettuce on it and fries had hair in them. Every table was dirty and when the lady in front of me asked if someone could wipe the table she was headed to the girl literally rolled her eyes at her. She did wipe the one table and left the rest of the entire dinning area dirty. Now everything is automated and the is no kiosk to get ketchup or napkins to wipe down your own table. So you stand in front of the only un-automated register waited 10 minutes to catch somebody in the back to bring you napkins and condiments. The player piano used to be on its own roped stage, now its stuffed into a corner like an after thought where a corner booth would have gone. The inside is nothing like the old cool Biltmore McDonald's, now its just a generic pathetic attempt at a rebrand or something. No fireplace, no wood railings, no tin ceilings, dinning room is less than half the size it used to be. Who ever had the idea for this conversion should be fired. Food had hair, service was joke, this location sucks. Ba da baba dah you suck.
