  Today , I decided to come to mcdonald's and get a fry and cheese burger. First thing when I pulled up to the second window , I heard people laughing like they were at a movie and not work. Girl at window couldn't even greet me or hand bag without turning around laughing and talking as well. Very rude. I looked in my bag and my fries looked hard as a rock! And they were. They were most likely laughing at the fact that they gave me hard fries and didn't care. Rude! I thought about saying something but I decided to give them grace.

  Worst location in the city, forgot all my sausage on my sandwich in drive thru. Stood in line for over 20 minutes while I was ignored. Go to Patton location instead.

  I was up there on a Sunday about 3:30 pm i was the only car in drive thru i placed my order mind you that just a couple of days before I was there with my grandson they left out the nuggets they put the dipping sauce in but left out the nuggets no big deal i brushed it off probably saved me a few pounds but cold what tasted like fries they took out of the waste is no excuse the buns we cold the food i got is what you would expect right before closing and you're drunk for what they charge everything should be top shelf

  I waited a long time for my order at the drive-thru, and there weren't any other customers. Even so, they gave me an incomplete order, and I had to go back to ask for what was missing. I ordered five combos that included fries, but they only gave me three packets of ketchup. I asked for more, and they told me they had already given me enough.

  Every. Single. Time. I go to this place they forget something in my order. Guy at the took my order wouldnt let me finish my sentence before asking me "anything else". I got to the window and one girl was standing there picking at her fingernails and the other girl was just standing there aimlessly. I went one day and ordered 4 double cheeseburgers, I got to the window and the manager didn't even know my order hadn't been made, they told me to pull up to the first spot, watched 6 cars go by me, so I went inside and asked where my order was, while the manager was having a giddy conversation with other workers, she then was like "oh damn" so I still had to wait for my order of 4 double cheeseburgers, the most basic thing they make, to be made. This used to be the best McDonald's in Asheville and now I hate going there.
