- MOMonte OsburnDec 24, 20251.0Ordered chicken tenders in drive thru, was told to pull up to next door. 15 minutes later a young man came and told me they were out. Asked for a refund, he went inside and came back and said he couldn’t do a refund but they now had chicken if I waited 6 minutes. I went inside and asked for a manager. Some old lady in a red shirt said she was the manager and was unapologetic and couldn’t seem to figure out how to do a refund, but said she “locked up” the chicken and the staff didn’t know where it was. Does she have to lock up food so the staff wont steal? So very odd. She was not professional and seemed uninterested in performing her job professionally.
