Ordered a wacky pack kids meal that comes with a toy for my kid. Some limited Squishmello thing? They've been looking forward to it all week. Every menu display at this location physically says "every wacky pack kids meal comes with a toy" , the website itself says "every wacky pack kids meal comes with a toy" we get the wacky pack kids meal, no toy. Ask the employee about it, maybe I'm missing something. He was rude and dismissive and simply said "wacky pack kids meals don't come with toys right now" didn't say they were OUT of toys, didn't say he would go double check, didn't offer the all ages toy they're supposed to offer when they run out of the main toy, nothing. Nothing. Acted like I was a total nuisance for even bothering him. (Word on the street is that the employees are reselling the toys online because they're collectable or something. But I can't speak on that, but I can speak on the poor service.) I'm sick of always coming to this location and something being wrong or missing. Then catching attitude from the employees. I'd only come here if you're cool with only getting part of what you ordered, or if you just like being disrespected on a basic level.
- JBJules BOct 14, 20254.0Came around 1:30 ish this afternoon. Drive thru was busy a few cars in stalls myself included. Food took a good 15 minutes or so to come out. Tator tots were not hot so was really bummed about that because they’re my favorite from Sonic. The burger was neatly dressed and I thought tasted good. Will come back due to service being friendly and food was good. Maybe next time I’ll have hot and fresh tators. :))
