Panera, I don’t even know what to say so I have been craving your mac & cheese bowl. OK it was amazing the first time I had it was like I was in heaven OK right and so since it’s a chain and I know half the food is frozen I figured how much can you mess this up right and so we pull up and first of all we see a homeless man like like guarding the door and it’s not because and it’s not because I’m like mean to the homeless people it’s just it’s a little unprofessional. It’s a little unprofessional and And it’s not safe for little kids to be running around and there was and there was a lot of little kids running around the store, which was kind of weird because it was around dinner time. Also, this is a brand new location so I figured walking in here. I’d be surprised and amazed, and it was disgusting. The floors were dirty. There was nobody at the what’s it called. We had to use the iPad to order because no one wanted to talk to us and we only ordered mac & cheese and like a soup and and they were out of everything and I understood that’s not their fault but it’s the fact that for that meal it took about 30 minutes and if here’s the thing we there was no one in that store who was ordered it’s just your usual like old people sitting down and like and like yeah and so it’s just it’s just insane that it took that long and when we get our food, it is rotten and dirty. The bowls are not washed and also I understand how you have to ask for a key to get into the bathroom but when we ask the employee, she just met us back with sarcasm and disappointment and rude so yeah overall Panera I’m not coming back. Thank you.

I feel bad for the employees here. You can tell they’re working hard behind the counter to get orders out and probably have to deal with a lot of unhappy customers because the owner doesn’t hire enough employees to run front of house, restock and clean the dining areas. One of the employees was working on fixing the ice machine as well because it was malfunctioning. The owner needs to take more pride in their establishment. It may cost more to hire more employees but you’ll get higher ratings and more customers if you actually put money into getting adequate staff to get lines moving and make it a more pleasant experience to eat here. The people who do work behind the counter were very nice, it’s a shame they don’t have a better owner to work for.

$38 for 2 meals. Ordered on the kiosk and gave my name and number to be notified. Never was, only got my food because I went up to the pick up place and saw it sitting there for who knows how long. The water I ordered wasn’t with it so I asked the person behind the counter and he said that it should have been provided at the front desk (cashier) so went and put my food down then came back up to get a water and there was no one to be seen, no bell or service button so I simply said hello loudly and continued every 10ish seconds. No one ever showed up so I just reached over and took a water myself. Every available table was dirty so I wiped one down myself to sit down and eat. Personally I got one of the back in stock French dippers (full). Each sandwich half had one maybe 2 slices of meat and one peice of cheese. Double the amount of bread on the top load and bottom loaf than the filling. To top it all off I ordered it all as dine in but they gave me a to go cup of soup so I was unable to even dip the supposed dipper and the soup was half full of onions so I was out of liquid to cram my sandwich into after just half a sandwich. Extremely disappointing, should have went to Mcalister

I have been a few times in the past week. I've dined in once for breakfast and gotten dinner to-go! The bacon and spinach souffle was pretty good, but it turns out souffle is not something I'd eat often. However, their salads are really good and so is their soup!

The store on Tunnel Road, Asheville…. How do I put this nicely…. Don’t go there. Especially if you’re a teenager and you happen to get into a minor fender bender…. Employees should not cuss, threaten or intimidate anyone especially not TEENAGERS. Nor should they ESCALATE the situation!!!!! To the employee I can not believe how you turned a minor dent into a huge fiasco. You were not only rude you were hostile and you traumatized a young girl for no reason!!!! She wasn’t going to leave . You didn’t need to threaten her and you didn’t need to get the owner of that car so riled up. Shame on you Miss “Lisa”
My family will not be going to ANYTHING owned by this company. Not when they have employees like this.
