Our server was great! She had some quirky methods of keeping track of our orders (large party, 12 of us for a birthday) but it worked and she was very attentive and accountable for any mishap or misunderstanding. Bread and butter flowed unlike other OUTBACK'S where we had to request it after sometime. She stayed on top of kids refills orders and even let a birthday cake join the table. She brought extra Togo containers before even asked. They were already staged at the end of our seating. Our blooming onions were a touch overcooked as with other locations but my steak, large whole mushrooms and Alice springs chicken (combo) was perrrrfect! I will say more than one of person in our large crew was upset with Outback's returned spice level. I however loved it. Go eat at an old person's cafeteria if you like bland food. This was not the servers fault in the slightest. Caution if you aren't into spicy. She provided solutions to desired combos and was very apologetic, if request weren't met. She awkwardly Rocked a large top dinner event.

It was absolutely wonderful! The service was super fast, super friendly waitress, and the best experience we could have asked for!

So my daughter likes her steak med-rare when it came out it was well done, so of course we notify our waitress and she was not happy to fix the issue. Then she brings out the “fixed steak” and it was refrigerator cold so of course we let her know again she says “I’ll go get my manager” but said manager never comes and the waitress grabs my daughters steak and comes back 1 min later and says be careful this plate is really hot. They microwaved her steak! Now I understand that we were a large group but there was no reason to be like this! Customer service at this location has went downhill significantly!! I will NOT be returning to this location if any outback’s at all.

There was some confusion about an item on the bill. The server immediately took offense and had an attitude from then on. Mostly what I'm displeased with is the $8 they charged for a fountain soda. Outrageous. It's like restaurants are trying to push away their customers. I'll never go back nor can I recommend it to anyone else.

My wife and I ordered our main course and started out with a dinner salad. Between getting our salad and our main course, almost AN HOUR had passed! Our waitress walked by without as much as looking at us several times then disappeared for at least a half hour. Finally she stopped at our table to appologize for the long wait and announced that so far they had made $16,500 that night...as if that was a valid reason to leave us sitting there without any explanation...perhaps she thought we would be excited for them! The food arrived barely warm. The manager came to our table and appologized. Then they over charged us by $20. I owned my own business for 38 years so here's the deal: When you drop the ball this badly, your waitress should be on top of it. She should stop by maybe offer a free 'side dish' to keep your hunger at bay, and keep you informed - NOT IGNORE YOU. If I was the manager I would be trying to make it up somehow to let you know he's embarrased that things went so badly. Maybe a voucher, a desert to take home, a slight reduction in your bill - instead of over charging by $20. It may sound like I'm the kind of guy that is after the 'freebies'...that's not it - that's not the point at all. The food was marginal...at best. Service started out well then we were left alone for almost an hour to wonder what happened. A good manager could have made that situation a lot better if he wasn't so preoccupied with his bottom line $$. Regardless of her inattentiveness, the waitress was banking on a 20% tip.......I don't think so! No big deal, we learn and go on..but we won't be back!
