She didn’t receive her salad, our appetizer came out cold and with our food, they didn’t do their birthday thing even though they did it for two other tables, and then to top it all off they lost her debit card AFTER they charged us for our meal. The server was nice but often left us sitting for large amounts of time without checking in, promised us our cold app would be taken off and then didn’t take it off and proceeded to charge us and lose her debit card. Very poor experience, would not recommend to others.

I ordered a Prime Rib steak cooked medium‑well, but it arrived rare with blood literally squirting out. My baked potato was missing, and despite requesting no croutons, my salad was full of them. The French onion soup was lukewarm, with cheese unmelted — it looked like someone just placed a slice of cheese on bread. When I called to speak with the manager, she offered no apology and told me they couldn’t do anything, instructing me to contact DoorDash instead. Completely unacceptable customer service. I will not be ordering from DoorDash or Outback again.
