Literally sat in the parking lot for 5 minutes. Leave and get a notification that my order is ready so I turn around for the drive thru speaker to tell me that the restaurant is closed. Definitely will be reaching out to the franchise owner about this bs. Literally stole my money.

When I drove through she spoke in an Asian accent and the car behind me received a Jamaican accent. She thought is was very funny but it's incredibly racist and needs to be addressed. I am calling the corporate office. I did not expect this from Asheville.
