We got off at our exit and to our surprise, we were excited to see a sign advertising a 24-hour McDonald’s. We drove by and we were met with a dark obviously closed McDonalds. Please fix your advertising so others are not disappointed.

Told I had to wait, as customers were in line in front of me. I already waited in line... and got my food... and came back and waited in line again.... for her to tell me to wait for people who came after me. 25 mins after my original order I finally got the other half of my order and was able to enjoy it with my now ice cold fries. I'm not sure what is more bitter, their sweet tea.... or their service. Both disgusting. I don't believe this woman belongs in the service industry.

This is why McDonalds is only my last ditch go-to to eat something but I could have called in an order at Longhorn, had real food, and probably had less wait and certainly less screwups.

There were four people at the window watching and nobody said anything or noticed it because they were just standing around jabbering. It was literally the only thing I ordered. It really feels like every time I come down Brevard Rd and try to get something to eat, it always gets messed up. Stop focusing so much on shoving everyone through the line as fast as possible and actually get the orders done right the first time please I’m so tired of this happening so often. Just pay attention to what you are doing please.
