- CBCorey Bishop2 days ago1.0Every. Single. Time. I go to this place they forget something in my order. Guy at the took my order wouldnt let me finish my sentence before asking me "anything else". I got to the window and one girl was standing there picking at her fingernails and the other girl was just standing there aimlessly. I went one day and ordered 4 double cheeseburgers, I got to the window and the manager didn't even know my order hadn't been made, they told me to pull up to the first spot, watched 6 cars go by me, so I went inside and asked where my order was, while the manager was having a giddy conversation with other workers, she then was like "oh damn" so I still had to wait for my order of 4 double cheeseburgers, the most basic thing they make, to be made. This used to be the best McDonald's in Asheville and now I hate going there.

When we got there we did not notice they had everybody coming through the drive-thru pulled over.. We was there 20 minutes before they bring out a bag of food.. They bring the bag out forgot the frappe so I just wanted my money back.. If I would have waited for the frappe to come out the fries were not been any good... When the lady came to our door I asked where was the frappe.. She didn't even know that it was ordered She couldn't even understand what we were saying.. I'll go into the store to get the money back cuz I didn't want my food in two separate orders that's not how I ordered it.. I'll walked in nobody could help me.. The person that was trying to help me couldn't understand and it took her 20 minutes to give me my money back out of the register.. It took over an hour for us to get out of McDonald's parking lot on Leicester highway in Asheville North Carolina..

I was told they had other customers and didn't have time to fix the rest of the food for my order and this was a manager telling me this. I was even refused for my money to be returned. It's sad when you have 2 little kids that love there McDonald's and I don't think I will ever go back. This place should be shut down.
