    Terrible costume service and management They are supost to open at 7am. I’m pregnant, with a toddler to change a dipper, we bought our breakfast at 6:50am and was waiting until 7:05 to use the restroom, but the manager didn’t want to open the hall to us, we told the cashier the situation, she’s kwon we was waiting, but they didn’t care!

    if i could give no stars i would. the nighttime worker is a absolute pain in the butt, i asked a simple question and she immediately thought i was prank calling. i called again for a manager and she ignored me and hung up! don’t go at night. she cursed at my boyfriends little brother as well.

    I ordered two Egg McMuffins, one Steak McMuffin without egg (due to a severe egg allergy), and three hash browns. What I received: two Egg McMuffins, one Steak BISCUIT with two folded eggs, and only one hash brown. This was not only incorrect but dangerous - removing the egg from the Steak McMuffin was specifically requested because of a serious allergy. The drive-thru employee appeared to speak little to no English, which made it impossible to address the issue on the spot or communicate the severity of the allergy. I had to rejoin the long drive-thru line just to get the missing hash browns. Accuracy and clear communication are critical at a fast-food restaurant, especially when food allergies are involved. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
