He always has his AirPods in and often gets my order wrong. He constantly asks to repeat my order because apparently he can’t remember three things( probably because of the AirPods) it’s not even that I’m talking fast. I give him time between the things I’m ordering. He’s just not paying attention and clearly does not care about his job or the customers. Overall just tired of how some of the staff treats their customers.

I was reading some reviews and I was shocked to see that the staff was rude. The staff that works weekend shift in the morning are very nice but when I went in today they weren't patient nor polite. When I got to the second window I was told to pull up I didn't know how much so I just pulled up till the end of the building I didn't know that I was supposed to go around to the building I did not see that sign. So for the lady to just say pull up and that was it and then the lady giving me my food after questioning myself if I needed to pull her an up or not because she did not signal to me and she was rude and unpatient as hell. She was an older lady wearing a mask.
