Sat in the line for 15 mins this morning to be told to hold on twice the staff is really slow and I was the only car in the drive thru for 10 of the 15 mins I sat at which point I decided to drive off. This has been a issue in the past as well with them ive had people cancel their orders when dashing because the staff takes too long
The last few times I have went to this store it has sucked. I placed orders on line early, because I like to get a treat for my crew at the business I manage to show them a little appreciation. I get there only to be treated by they only have glazed available. I have gone by a several different times of the morning, afternoon and evening. Always tge same thing. This is pathetic. Get your act together, you used to be tge best, but looks like Duncan is winning, and I hate their doughnuts.

They're always out of what I want, and I still end up buying 2 dozen, nobody comes to Krispy Kreme for service or atmosphere, they go to Krispy Kreme because nobody has better donuts ANYWHERE... even if they are always out of caramel

The people were really nice but the donuts are trash
I mean, I've eaten crispy cream a lot. A lot and I don't know if it's the batter that they're using or how they're producing it. But if you notice when you take a bite, it's sweet, good doughy. But then like at the end of it, it gets kind of cardboardy. I don't know. I guess it's just me. But

We had an awesome experience today 2/12/26. We came to get the specialty Valentines options but when we got there they were completely sold out. I asked the man working there if there was any way he could make us some as we had just drove an hour to get there. He was so nice about it and went to see if he had enough of the ingredients to make us some. He did! He took the time to make us up our order and was super friendly to my family. He really made our day.
