  Came in on a Monday night for a quick dinner while in the city for work. I had the classic ramen and it was very good. Great portion size for the prize compared with ramen places in the Triangle. Very rarely do you get three slices of pork belly. I liked the addition of the arugula. That was new to me. Staff was friendly and attentive.

  Fantastic food! The ragoons were sooo good! They have an amazing sweet chili sauce. The avocado ball was really good, a little heavy on the sesame oil flavor tho. The 🥦 was really good, even better with the chili sauce! The pork taco thing, the meat was very tender, could use a lil squeeze of lime to make it shine more tho! Would definitely recommend to anyone :)

  My wife and I were visiting Asheville this past weekend during a snow storm. Most restaurants were closed. But Ito Ramen was open with one person in the kitchen and one server/bartender. The place was at capacity and this place taught a masterclass in service and quality food. No one waited long for food or drinks all served with a smile. Food was great and so impressed by the service. Thank you for the warm food on a very cold night!!

  Went with my partner while celebrating our anniversary in October. Everything we had was delicious, and I was especially fond of the crab rangoons (I’m just kinda a fiend for them in general lol). Wish I got pictures, but we’ll be coming back when October rolls back around :)
