  I got this delivered and I was so impressed! The miso eggplant was battered and fried perfectly and the sauce paired so well. Their house special ramen was amazing too, great combination of textures and umami flavors. I must mention the ginger tea was a lovely addition. This was just the meal I needed after a long and stressful day. Thank you to those who took part in it's creation.

  Itto Ramen Bar & Tapas is an absolute must visit if you’re a ramen fan. The quality of the ramen is phenomenal, with rich, deeply flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles that make every bowl incredibly satisfying. The ingredients taste fresh and well balanced, and you can tell a lot of care goes into each dish. Beyond the ramen, the tapas-style menu adds fun variety and makes it great for sharing. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a really memorable meal.

  Service sucked. Our waitress, Brittany, didn’t check on us once. And when we would ask for something, she had the worst attitude about it. All she does is speak loudly behind the bar.

  Came in at 10:03 and was immediately looked at like I was insane for daring to come in an hour before close, mind you an entire hour. The supervisor loudly told the other employees that “we have to serve them till 10:15. Very rude literally no reason for all that. If you don’t want the customers just lock your doors.

  We came in around 10pm (they close at 11) and immediately felt unwelcome. The staff literally looked at us, looked at each other, and then one employee said right in front of us, “We have to take them up until close, even though it sucks.” Not even quietly — just out in the open like we weren’t standing there. After that, everyone went silent and the whole atmosphere was awkward. If you’re open until 11, customers coming in at 10 shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience. It’s especially wild that nobody even tried to step away before complaining — crazy work. The food might’ve been fine ( it wasn’t), but the service made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time. Definitely not a great experience and I used to love this place.
