So I say hey why did you throw away that drink she says it wasn’t the right order then I’m like there are customers that might want it anyway and another, ok nice sweet tone… wellll she says Hey You aren’t buying it are you! I’m pissed by that point I say you don’t have to talk to me like that boo and she’s like go ahead make call and I’m like girl cmon girl like don’t treat customers like that. Oh and the store trash inside the kitchen full as heck man it’s like they haven’t emptied it in a while. Hope this helps :)

Yet, almost every time they pour original (pretty sad I have to watch every time) and then they don’t say nothing when I ask to remake it. (1 girl did and was kind, the rest don’t). I’m always kind and apologetic when I have to ask for it to get remade even though I shouldn’t be the one apologizing, but they rarely do. They also like to forget cold foam that you pay additionally for, and this one girl had the audacity to say “do you want it on there?” Well, I paid for it didn’t I? Come on y’all, be decent humans. It’s not hard. Otherwise the coffee and foods are good. The people there are horrible. Except a few good ones.
