Doughnuts were fine, as per usual, but the matcha they gave me was like nothing ive ever gotten at dunkin before. I asked for oatmilk and light ice and what I got was a 20 minute wait while they tried to figure out how to make it and dissolve the matcha (usually its shaken in with oatmilk and a little water)... ultimately ending up with a super dilluted cup of murky swampwater with 4, mostly melted ice cubes and the faintest splash of oatmilk. My hashbrowns were room temp and soggy..... it was just so incredibly dissaponting on all fronts.
