- GRGabe ReddJan 1, 20261.0Came through the drive thru window and was greeted poorly by a black American male , energy was aggressive and handed me very clumpy undrinkable iced coffee. I come inside and I told the nice young lady what was wrong, the drive through guy walked up and asked what was wrong and then laughed at the situation, and became hostile, he did not need to say anything to me he could’ve just stayed at the drive thru and not approached me at all. I guess showing off for the girls he worked with. He started. Asking me weird questions trying to get a reaction out of me but all I wanted was my iced coffee, this guy is clearly not suitable to represent the Dublin franchise, it’s an embarrassment. Please handle this situation or I’ll contact HR
