  Placed my order at 545. It was marked as done at 558. Called the store around 645 to check on the order was told would be here in 20 minutes. Was marked that the delivery driver picked it up at 657 and was marked as delivered at 657 as well. Did not receive my order until 724. Stone cold and soggy. Very upset being it was almost a $60 order. Extremely displeased.

  First, I called Pizza Hut, had call center transfer me to the store. After 10 minutes on hold, I hung up. Called this location and spoke with Michael. He was very professional in assisting me. I called from Laredo, Texas (I am a trucker) but had family staying at the Red Roof Inn and needed to order food for them. He understood and politely helped me out. My family members said the food was better than Domino's by the house in Ohio. Thank you Micheal, you deserve 2 thumbs up.

  Decided to give Domino's one last try since the last time I tried them. I ordered two pizzas: one ExtravaganZZa and one pepperoni. And of course, I was let down again. Not only was the pizza lukewarm when it arrived, but it was also very dry. The cheese was chewy and overcooked, and the pizzas were burnt. The delivery driver however was friendly just over worked.

  Casey, one of the “managers,” was completely rude and unprofessional. I just wanted to get a refund for my order, and instead I got the rudest experience in the world, like I offended her specifically by not liking the pizza. I ordered light sauce and received no sauce at all. When I asked for a refund, she called me ridiculous for wanting a confirmation number and refused to give out her own name. When I asked for a callback from the area manager, she said they would call me back and tried to hang up before even getting my number. When I tried to give it to her, she shouted, “YOU’RE BEING RIDICULOUS, WHAT IS THE NUMBER?!” Like, girl… you need to chill…you already not wanting to give out your first name makes you seem guilty when I all I wanted was a refund and now I’m having to contact corporate for the customer experience.

  Location was short staffed. I ordered online. I received a phone call notifying me my order would be two plus hours. In the middle of the call the customer service representative said wait I can deliver it in an hour after I agreed to that he said no at least two. At this point he got very rude with me. Even putting me on hold so he could calm down after going off on me. I was calm and polite and asked for the manager number he was once again rude and hung up on me. Still waiting for my refund. Do not recommend this location. Very very poor customer service and management.
