They also, sent it home in a bag that would help it keep cold. I appreciated that. The cake was decorated fine, and tasted great. Also, while waiting someone ordered some type of ice cream and they were told it wasn't frozen, as well. Not sure how that happens exactly, but it did. Those people got a refund and left because they didnt want to wait. The teens that work there are very nice and try to help you, however they are teens and it didnt seem there was an adult in the building, which could be the problem. There definitely needs to be someone in charge that's not a teenager. These kids are there to learn not manage. These things need to get fixed, so they don't end up closing like other locations in Asheville. I love the cakes and blizzards and would hate for them to not be open.
