    The food is great! But… they constantly mess up my order when ordering through a delivery app. Today, they forgot my rice and gave me a measly serving of lentils. Portions seem to get smaller and smaller. It’s unfortunate because I like the place

    Quiet, bright, and so nice to eat. My grandma and I went here for lunch and it was so lovely. She had no idea what she wanted and both of the guys behind the counter were so patient and polite with her. I appreciate them letting her take her time! Food was sooooo yummy!!! Thank you!!!

    Third time is strike out for me. I feel like I spend a fortune here and leave hungry. Never get very much for how much I spend. This time ordered extra and I got home to find that it was left off and not even included so I spent a fortune for an unsatisfying, unfilling bowl. You literally end up with that shame/pit-in-the-stomach-feeling like you’ve just wasted a whole bunch of money and feel dumb for it.

    My husband and I love meeting at Cava for lunch. The people working are so kind, and seem happy to be there. The restaurant feels clean; it’s often very busy, but they get you through fast. The food is fresh, and healthy (and spicy if you like). I also love the number of veggies it adds to my day. The outside seating is also super sunny at lunch.

    Usually I enjoy Cava, and it’s honestly my favorite fast-casual place. The food is always good. But both times I’ve come to this location, the service hasn’t been great. The Airport Rd location greets you and feels friendly, while here everyone just seems tired. Today the first staff member was friendly, but Grace, who built my bowl, felt prickly for no reason. I’m aware you have to tell customers when something costs extra, but you don’t have to say it in a condescending way. When I asked for falafel she said I already put a full serving of chicken in this flat tone that made it feel like I had to go back and forth just to get the add-on. She did the same thing to my husband when he asked for extra meat and told him 'that's going to be a lot extra.' I didn't hear her talk to anyone else like that.
