We stood at the hostess counter for more than a minute-there was no hostess there or visible. I finally asked a waitress if we could seat ourselves and she nodded and just pointed. Someone brought menus and we sat there…and sat there. After 5 minutes we got up and walked out -to Olive Garden up the street where we were greeted promptly and seated by a hostess and immediately served by a wonderful waitress. GREAT experience at Olive Garden-not so much at Carraba’s. We have eaten at many restarting the country and internationally for that matter and we’ve never been brushed off like this. Totally unacceptable.

Shrimp scampi was recommended along with Spinach side. “Great, I’ll get that and slice of cheese cake.” Got home to see small portion of 7 shrimp in sauce but no pasta. The spinach was 3 bites. Turned down the garlic mashed potatoes mentioning I need to limit my carbs. Order included tons of bread, a lot of bread! $31. Called them to inquire and was told the scampi was a side that didn’t include pasta. Was it worth what I paid? Not even close.

I called Carrabba's and talked to a Lady named Melissa, she was very business-oriented, super personality and a pleasure to talk to, after I talked with Melissa on the phone I called no other restaurant I took her quote because I was so much impressed with how she talked to me. I would highly recommend Melissa and Carrabba's to anyone that needs some catering she made our night. Melissa thank you for taking such good care of us. Suzanne Plemmons.
