    Stopped here for breakfast before heading to the Biltmore and wow, it did not disappoint. I'm not a huge bagel sandwich person but I definitely had THE best bagel sandwich I've ever had. My husband and I loved the casual atmosphere while the options were SO gourmet. You can tell they make their bagels fresh!!! So so good. Highly recommend and will be back!!

    Food was good but it took way too long to get my order and people that ordered AFTER me got their’s first. I could understand if I had a complicated order but it was just a toasted everything bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. Maybe it was an off morning but 15 minutes is unacceptable for something like that.

    Just got up charged twice for a meat change from bacon to sausage also got up charged twice for avocado. I got neither thing I was upcharged twice for on either bagels.

    Took sixteen minutes to order and another fifteen to get three bagels. Get rid of whoever this useless human is. He was enthused if he was talking with the staff, which in itself was the biggest problem. Constantly talking and distracting the people actually doing the work but this guy couldn’t be bothered. Could hear him complaining about Chris and Laura though when he had to call them last minute. Instead of running the only active part of his body (his mouth) he could have been cleaning the tables, taking out the overflowing trash, or attending the dirty bathrooms.
