    We got Arby's boxes . First we were told they had no chicken box said they don't carry it anymore but it still on menu. Then we ask for potato cakes got curry fries. The fries were cold and hard. Service was not friendly.

    Hear me out, I personally feel this is important. Back in the day, I know, makes me sound old but really. Fast food had good service and food that you could count on and still had friendly service in this country. The last decade and beyond this has degraded and more so with Covid. But let me tell you, the staff here was very clean, friendly and did an exquisite job while traveling through!!! Before we encountered the staff to order, hearing how they handled the customers prior to us was over the top with kindness and they went the extra mile. Little things like the guy had ordered the new peach cobbler roll and the guy said he left a little something in there he’d enjoy with it. He had put some frosting in a small sauce cup and offered anything needed. Moving forward to our experience we had Shawn. He is hands down the friendliest person to be in this position, care-free, kind, generous and you can tell has a big heart as well! We had a few common interests come up in our brief counter conversation that made it even more unique and he was willing to chat a bit meanwhile the whole staff did a great job providing us quality food that was tasty and a good experience. This is the cleanest and most well decorated Arby’s location we had ever seen. We don’t eat fast food much let alone review it however if we were local we’d be a regular here!!!! We do come through often and will be back for sure no doubt! But whatever this location does they need to keep their Manager Shawn in his position and continue taking care of him as he shared that they did. Which also reflects character, when do you hear someone speak positively of their role at Arby’s or any fast food restaurant? Loved this experience and it was unique and very enjoy full! Looking forward to returning here!

    It’s good enough for a fast food meal when you’re in a hurry to get back in the road. The place needs a bit of cleaning done. The fries is always good but the Arby’s meat sliced is not Fresh. We have been to a good ones before and this is not it unfortunately.

    Stopped at this place to get some food. The first question they asked was, “Is it for here or to go?” I requested it to go. I got my food pretty quickly, I must say, and at first I was happy with everything, but I soon paid the price. I requested curly fries instead of regular fries. The food was ready fast, but they forgot it was to go and served it on a tray, so they had to move everything into a bag. I got back on the road, and the burger was great and fresh and tasty. However, when I started eating the fries, they were chewy and felt like rubber. Some were toasted and hard. When I looked closer, all I saw were small bits of fries, no curly fries anywhere. 😦😞
