  Went to get coffee and food. No one in the lobby for orders. Bathroom was nasty, no toilet paper.

  I visit Dunkin every day across multiple states while traveling for work. I’m mixed about this particular location simply due to the staff. I have visited this location 4 times and have had 2 good experiences and 2 bad experiences. The product served is fine, but getting the order right is the issue. The staff is hit and miss on whether or not they will listen to the order, then gets a bit of an attitude when the order is wrong. Yesterday, my wife ordered a latte with oat milk, it came out with Almond milk. When we asked to remake it, it was obvious that they didn’t want to and they even argued that they made it with Oat Milk, even though the label plainly said Almond Milk and the drink tasted like Almond Milk. Once they re-made the drink, it came back with Almond Milk again. We were tired of going back and fourth, so we simply dropped it in the trash can and left. It’s a shame that a good business can be so bad because of a few uncaring employees. Oh well, there’s another one a few miles down the road!

  This location has drastically reduced in value. Wait times exceed over 10 minutes, sometimes more. Whether you are in the drive thru or walk inside. It’s apparent that staff have no interest in others time nor their own. I understand that youth need to work. But when you’re in the workplace be ready to work. I should not have to wait for 17 minutes after I placed my order only to get up to the window and be asked if I had a mobile order. Which I did not. And then repeat my order twice to the young girl. Making that a total of four times I said what I wanted. Frustrated I drove away.

  Every time I stop at this dunkin, they never had the mobile order on the pickup tray, I always have to wait and ask for it when I can see my order sitting behind the counter. And the few times I’ve ordered in person have never been pleasant. The most recent visit, It took the lady 4 times saying “sorry just one moment” after I was already in the middle of ordering. And when we got our food it was cold. We handed it back and told them the hash browns were cold, not even a sorry or anything. Just took the hash browns and took a few minutes to heat them back up or heat up new ones. The people who work there are honestly just there to be there. Zero sense of customer service or being baseline competent at your job
