  One of the worst dunkins. I drive by it daily. Coffee is often cold and stale after 10 a.m. I've seen the staff here berate a customer, and have experienced rudeness as well. They don't seem to care. I'm super happy Candler is getting another coffee shop.

  Going to this Dunkin has made me appreciate Starbucks more. My team and I will not be supporting this Dunkin anymore… I come here to buy the same dragonfruit drink with no ice from this Dunkin a few times a week. Every now and then someone will claim they can’t put ‘no ice’ but can do ‘light ice’, and I’ll just kindly explain that I hear that a lot but I do get my drink with no ice from them often- if they can please not add ice. Before now anytime I’ve explained this they have been kind and understanding. This time the girl taking my order and handing it out was so unbelievably rude and stand-offish about my drink. Scoffing and rolling her eyes at me the whole time and then she hands me a half empty drink??? Why would I ever come back. Her goal was to make sure I never feel comfortable enough to return- and she succeeded.

  Always order Walk in from the app around 7:10 every morning- the last 3 weeks there have been multiple times the doors have been locked. I choose walk in mobile ordering to avoid the drive thru lines but end up having to wait in line anyways

  The manager was rude and disrespectful. We were waiting in line to use the one bathroom dedicated to customers, which we were because the other public bathroom was marked for employees only. She told us that that was for employees only so they don’t have to wait in line when they are busy, we just asked if we could use that bathroom because two different employees were using both bathrooms. She told us that the Shell station next door had bathrooms. The employee only bathroom sign was on the door for females and they both said public and the only public bathroom was a male bathroom. If an establishment has a dedicated employee bathroom then remove all other signs indicating otherwise and leave the public one open for customers. The part that was irritating was how rude she was when we asked nicely out of curiosity. Not great for customer service if that how customers are communicated with. She then decided to continue with her attitude and continue talk about it to the other employees as she walked to the other side of the counter, which we could still hear here, very unprofessional. Then she decided to come back out with more donuts and say it’s been a rough morning that started out with a lady customer knocking over the cup display in the store earlier and short 4 employees today, that’s still no excuse for how she snapped at us for asking a simple question.

  I’ve been to this location twice. Today I was so disappointed- i don’t think my extra espresso was in it and also believe they used the wrong milk which unfortunately makes me very sick. I was so upset, I went and bought an espresso machine for my house. The first time I visited, my drink was amazing, like possibly the best iced latte I’ve ever had. Two different ppl made them and even though I ordered the same thing it was $2 cheaper..
