  man was flirting with underage cashier who had no idea what she was doing, also messed up my coffee two times and had an attitude as i nicely asked him to fix it.

  Garbage coffee makers. Bold girl in a ponytail slamming spoons and clearing her throat because she was asked to remake 2 nasty coffees then remakes them and makes them even worse. 6 dollars a coffee and it is terrible this location owner needs to stop hiring entitled teenagers that don’t care about the customer experience will never return here

  We ordered online and consistently something is always wrong with the order. I ordered a chai tea with just one pump of chai and it’s almost intolerable because of how much is in it. On top of that the donuts are stale and every item of food we’ve ever gotten has been burnt, stale, or just not there

  Probably one of the worst coffee experiences I think I've ever had. The specific donut that I got was made poorly as well

  Shout out to the woman working at the Dunkin Donuts on Merrimon this morning. She was by herself dealing with a lot of impatient people trying to pickup online orders and wasn't complaining or panicking, just cranking out orders and still being really nice and taking counter orders. I don't know your name but you're the real hero this morning and you deserve to own the place! (Unless maybe you are the owner in which case you still rock!)
