- KKK KMar 13, 20261.0I come to this dominos more than I should. I like my pizza well done. I have to call on the phone to make sure that they will actually cook it well done. Today we order two pizzas and I call the store on tunnel road and am on hold for 18 minutes. Or a few mins before I left until I arrive to the store. I point this out to the older lady with grey hair in the back and the young kid in the back. The old lady had the audacity to tell me that I wasn't on hold while the dominos phone message is playing over and over talking about coming to work for them because they are busy with a clock counter on for over 18 mins. They didn't apologize, I had to ask the kid multiple times to check if my pizza was well done. The lady in the back instead says that it's Fri it's Friday the 13th. I could care less if it was Fri the 14th. To say that I wasn't on hold and that they didn't have anyone on hold as I'm holding my phone on hold with the dominos message playing is bs.
