- CWCandice WMar 22, 20261.0My experience was very bad I spent $76 my pizzas were cold I told him to call me when they got to the house they called but they never knocked on the door so my pizza went back I had chicken I had pasta and all they did was put it back through the oven same pizzas and brought the same food back 2 hours later the customer service OMG people are very rude I called to get the store number and I told him not the phone number but your store number so I can make a complaint and he act like he just could not understand this Domino's need to be shut down I can only imagine what it looks like in the back where our food is being cooked

I wait on the phone for 15-20 minutes and then get told my order will be here in an ADDITIONAL 15-20 minutes. It is very clear to me, that whoever is managing this place is doing a poor job with scheduling. It isn’t rocket science. Do better. Cause if this is happening to multiple people and to me multiple times, it is clear that is where the flaw lies. The pizza is okay, cold. But fine. And the service in the phone is great! Very friendly staff, but I can hear in their nervous shaken voices that there is too much going on for them to handle.
