I don't care that the employee had a linch break, just that the three young people visable didn't greet me, did acknowledge me. I could here that they were just BSing. I go to chick a fil for the comsumer service. I can get a chicken anywhere, but in todays crappy comsumer service, I go to C-A-F for the great consumer service (normal for any other counrty, but amazing for America.) So this why one 3 stars. I will continue to patronize C-A-F, but lower rating for millennial grade consumer service.

The employees have a horrible attitude I tried to order a spicy sandwich a hour before they closed and was told and I quote “we are out of those for the day and there is no sense in us cooking anymore because we are about to close” which first of all is very disrespectful second of all they are open for a whole another hour. On multiple nights I have went down to the cafeteria to order some lunch and the employees at this location have been arguing cussing each other out and just no being professional what so ever. This Chick-fil-A is honestly an eyesore in this hospital! Not mention they don’t even accept the rewards app. This Chick-fil-A gets -5 stars.
