  After my previous review, I was sent a promo coupon for a free salad as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice that the coupon had an expiration date, and I only realized it when I tried to use it. I understand that policies are policies, but I reached out and explained the situation politely. I spoke with several employees, including the manager, Caitlin, however no one was willing to make an exception or offer any kind of solution. It feels unfair, especially considering that the coupon was given to compensate for a previous negative experience, and in the end I never got to use it. A little flexibility or customer care would have made a big difference. I hope the management considers handling situations like this with more understanding in the future.

  Stopped here at 8:45 and the front counter was unmanned and gross. Some fluid spilled all over it and drying in place. I hoped he wouldn't set my drink on it, but of course he did. Got to my car and realized they hadn't offered or provided ketchup for my fries, so went back for that. Took a bite after getting back on the highway and tasted batter, clearly not the jalapeno ranch, grilled, I ordered. No ranch sauce in the bag, which I emptied and folded to eat on. So took the next exit and drove back. Mistakes happen, but I wanted what I ordered. Got back at 9 on the dot, but door was locked. Knocked and was waved to the drive thru. Was not prepared for the flight I got from the curly haired kid when I got there. Man, it's been a long day, and I've already driven out of my way. I just want my correct order, not an argument. Place feels like it is entirely run by kids. You probably know the vibe. Would not recommend.

  Cashier was kind and friendly. Our grilled nuggets were good and served hot. Here is where the compliments stop. We have been here over an hour plus. Not one table has been cleaned. We had a hard time when we came in trying to find a table with smears and garbage on it. Floors have debris, one of the automatic garbage cans is so full it won’t close. Ladies room has garbage full and running over! We have the best Chick-fil-As in our area, Belmont NC. Spotless all the time. We love Chick fil A and we’re so disappointed in how this one is being run. Tighten up!! Your company is better than this!! PS: We arrived around 2:00-2:30. Not the busiest time of the day.

  I ordered a 12ct grilled chicken nugget with a kale crunch and frosted coffee today. My kale crunch looks like it has bug eggs in it...do they not wash the kale before?!
