  Very nice hotel with a nice rooftop view of Downtown Asheville. This girl Baylor is a very nice girl. I have got nothing but good stuff to say about her.

  I came up to Capella on 9 for coffee and breakfast while staying at the hotel. Breathtaking views from the rooftop bar whether catching a sunrise or sunset. The staff were very attentive, and good coffee.

  As a local, truly one of my favorite evening spots to take people to, or go to myself! Great views, friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, prime location! Would love some more vegan food options and NA beers, but otherwise a big fan.

  I randomly stumbled into the rooftop bar at Capella on 9, and it ended up being the best part of my night. Candra was my bartender, and she was seriously amazing. I had no clue what I wanted to drink, I just told her my favorite liquor and that I like sweeter drinks. Instead of giving me something basic, she created THREE completely different seasonal cocktails for me, and every single one was so good. Like not just “that’s nice,” but actually impressive. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. That’s real talent. She was also genuinely kind and attentive the whole time. Super easy to talk to, paid attention to what I liked, and made the whole experience feel personal. Honestly, I was low-key devastated that I had already booked a room somewhere else. Based on that experience alone, I would’ve stayed at the hotel downstairs without even thinking about it. That’s how good she was. If you go, sit at her bar. Trust me.

  Kay was amazing as a server! Wonderful food, amazing experience. We asked Kay to take pictures and she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the results.
