  I sat in pine to order. Then after hearing them talking through drive through talking box. They talked to me. 5 minutes trying to order i just drove off. Its been a week so im factoring that. So I drove to the other Wendy's at the mall. More people in line. Facility is much more professional. Employees you cant ask for better. Had make the fries. Cool. Couple minute wait im gone. Ive spent 23 years in retail depending on consumer for my income. So I do have different look. Just go to the one at mall save yourself the effort or aggravation or whatever.

  This location is fraudulently adding a rounded DTFA donation to your electronic transactions without telling you or offering a receipt. Noticing the higher price last time and this time, I asked for a receipt today and asked about it. I was told it was because of the national penny shortage. Per the U.S. Department of Treasury: Rounding rules would not apply to payments made via electronic methods, checks, gift cards, or other non-cash instruments.”

  Fun crew taking orders. Absolutely love the manager working tonight 12/21/25 with the dark black/brown hair and glasses but loveee her she was super sweet ❤️
