We usually stop here when traveling from Nash County to Charlotte for a quick lunch as it is convenient and fits our traveling schedule. The food is typical Wendy's and the service can be hit or miss sometimes. The staff are friendly and polite and the seating area is clean most of the time however we do run into an occasional table that has not been cleaned but just select another.

I got tea with no ice and cold fries. When I asked for fresh fries I was told those just came up. I asked if she wanted to feel them she rolled her eyes and said "no I don't want to feel them". I requested fresh fries. With much attitude i was told you'll have to pull up and wait. This Wendy's needs immediate attention from corporate . It's something all the time with this location.

Terrible place especially if you work there, the managers do yell at their employees and that is unprofessional. Their wait time is also unacceptable, have to wait about 10 minutes just to get a lemonade.

Waited 5 minutes for the person in front of me to get their order taken, then waited 10 minutes for them to take my order. The cashier wandered back and forth doing nothing but can only assume she was keeping service slow so the kitchen could continue working at a leisurely pace. There was only a single family dining in the restaurant other than us.
