I understand mistakes happen, but the way it was handled made the visit frustrating.

I paid $17.52 and had to wait a while even though I was the only customer there. When I got home, I saw my order was completely wrong. All I got was the spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and the Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. The sweet tea tasted like water, and the Biggie Bag was missing both the nuggets and fries. I couldn’t go back since I live 15 minutes away, but this was really disappointing considering how much I paid and the wait time.
