I eat here 2 or 3 timer per week. My order is always fresh and exactly as ordered. The folks are always friendly and respectful. Dining area is clean. Customers always appear satisfied whether young or elderly. Very pleasant visit each time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had a really disappointing experience at Wendy’s. I ordered fries and a Frosty, and the fries were cold and the Frosty was completely melted by the time I got it. I asked the manager, Ashawte, if it could be replaced, but she refused and was really dismissive about the whole situation. I understand mistakes happen, but the way it was handled made the visit frustrating.

I came in around 12:00 and ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo with sweet tea and a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag with the Pop-Tarts flurry. I paid $17.52 and had to wait a while even though I was the only customer there. When I got home, I saw my order was completely wrong. All I got was the spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and the Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. The sweet tea tasted like water, and the Biggie Bag was missing both the nuggets and fries. I couldn’t go back since I live 15 minutes away, but this was really disappointing considering how much I paid and the wait time.
