There was an overweight girl with glasses working and she added an extra smoothie to our order and had disgusting food all over the front of her shirt. Understandable you might get something on you while working, but either change your shirt or wipe it off. This was like a significant amount of food dried and caked across her chest and stomach. This gives me concerns about the cleanliness standards of the restaurant. There were no other patrons in the cafe and it took her almost 10 mins to acknowledge us as we stood in front the register waiting to order while she stood with her back to us doing nothing. Then she took forever to refund us for the smoothie we didn’t order. Worst tropical smoothie. Skip going here. Oh and their QR code to leave reviews at the register didn’t work.

The acai base was frozen, it had to thaw before a spoon could scoop it I'm guessing at best it was made sometime yesterday and thrown in the freezer and the "granola" appeared to be a broken up Walmart granola bar. Just overall terrible quality and no good excuse from what I saw for it not to be fresh as no other customers were present.
