  We had placed a door dash order and it had shown “heading to you” … well it had shown this for the past 25-30 min…we live 10 min away but didn’t want to drive to pick up the order since we are having a wine night and obviously don’t wanna drive under the influence of alcohol…so we door dashed. I call The store and ask if they were heading our way and told the employee i wasn’t sure if they already were bc normally on the app you can track how close they are but they haven’t left the store yet…(at least on my end that’s what it was showing) it had said this for the past 25-30 min. The employee asks what my total was and i told him….he had already had a bad attitude from the start. I told him I wasn’t sure if it was just the app or if they were already ACTUALLY on the way and he continued to have an attitude and said that they were headed this way so I said “okay I was just curious because it’s been that way for the past 25 minutes” And he then said that they were busy (with an attitude STILL) and I said “okay thank you”…mid way through talking he just hangs up the phone…our order eventually arrives and the delivery driver was very very nice! However the person on the phone was absolutely NOT.

  I have to tell you I did Domino's for pickup for my grandson's birthday. Really great service in the store. And later on in the day we ordered Domino's for delivery and as always they came through and it was really good. I don't know what it is about the Pacific vegetable thin crust pizza that is like. Oh my gosh chef kiss! My other family member is really like the barbecue chicken, and then the buffalo chicken pizzas so it's nice to get the smaller pizzas that way. Then you can get more variety.

  The pizza you get will look nothing like the commercials or the websie, I was disappointed! Ordered the half off cheesesteak pizza, it was good but not really any meat. Don't order pizza much so it was ok. Im assuming because it was half off they were cheap and skimpy with the meat. My pizza looked nothing like the picture on the website. Probably why I only get pizza like once a year. 🙃 Glad I didn't tip😉😆😛 Will probably try Papa John's the next time I crave pizza 🍕

  We asked for our pizza to be lightly cooked it was not it was overcooked there was an employee vaping in the store and also they were handling their cell phones I do not recommend ordering food from this place

  We ordered a pizza with a thin crust and they made it with regular crust. So they made a new pizza with the right crust and I asked if we could buy the regular crust pizza at a discount cause they was just going to throw it out. Yes they did. Another time, I went into this Dominos and asked if they had any pizzas that were made wrong that I had heard that they were giving them to the homeless. My girlfriend had just gotten out of the hospital with a cancer diagnosis and a friend was also with us and we were all 3 homeless. The girl at the counter said they didn't have any mistake pizzas but just wait a few minutes...... So I waited for a few minutes and they blessed us with a pizza. We were so hungry, we had not eaten all day and night before. I am so grateful for places like this store that is more about being human than making money.
