- ECElizabeth Collins4 days ago1.0We didn’t even get to eat there because the lady was so rude that was taking our order she said she was the manager when we asked but she asked us to pull up to the window cause she couldn’t hear us the whole time we were trying to order she was rolling her eyes at us and sighing my fiance then asked for a manager and she said that she was the manager and then was wanting to apologize that she was understaffed couldn’t hear and there was a long line. As a manager that is what you’re paid for to handle the chaos and make it easier for people. We ended up just leaving.

Our biggest gripe with this location, though? EVERY SINGLE TIME we order in the drive thru, they send customers out of line to wait for their food. "We're waiting on fries." "We're waiting on fresh eggs." It's always something! Doesn't matter if we're the only car in line or not. Anyone who knows how fast food works knows it's just a method to make it look like they're moving customers through quicker than they actually are... One morning we waited with half a dozen other customers' cars while the drive thru sat totally empty. As for the staff here, they're all delightful, no complaints at all. Food generally comes out acceptably, and the restaurant grounds are always clean and kept up.
