Hey 64 location. The girl working at the register took her time coming from the kitchen area. Apparently they can't afford to cook any chicken ahead of lunch rush. Waited several minutes while it cooked. They did have 6 chicken filets in the basket when it was pulled by the same girl. Not understaffed, everyone just acts like they don't care. When they finally finished my sandwich the same girl was talking to the rest of the staff about how frustrated she was. I standing here looking at my food sitting in the bin. She finally finishes and walks to the front to hand me my tray. She watched them the entire time while they made my sandwich so she knew it was there. She seemed friendly so it couldn't have been anything against me. Dining area is very dirty with food on floor and tables. I took plenty of photos but will not post them her photo here.

We went there after church this Sunday, They were way understaffed, The staff was very nice but there were three up front one being trained, one trying his best but not sure which buttons to push had to keep asking for assistance even though he said he has been there a long time , and one telling everyone how things were done, So our order was wrong and since there was no less than a dozen people waiting for their order and three in line; We decided not to try to get it fixed. We ordered roast beef with sliced cheddar instead of cheddar sauce and no onion bun. We got Swiss cheese on an onion bun UGH and cold fries. Not to mention the place was dirty, floors very sticky and tables dirty as was the drink station. How you have a 97 or 98 rating is a mystery! So the meal we were looking forward to was a huge disappointment. Please better training and more staff on duty. Also the cook needs to read the order.

There always out of food that I order. Two weeks in a row they was out of food. Is there a ordering issue or are people not pulling product whenever the need to? Either way the food is great whenever its available.

We just visited the Arby's in Asheboro and due to the snow it looked like many of their employees couldn't get in. The was a gentleman who assisted us, he said he normally works in the back. He was very pleasant and had wonderful customer service!! Much more personable than the regular front end employees. He made our visit a good experience!!
