  Worst pizzas in my entire life! We spent $50 on two pizzas and not only were they not as described, they were terrible and tasteless. We tried calling to speak to someone at the store and they didn’t answer the phone.

  First off they said it would take 35 to 40 minutes. OK cool it took an hour and 35 minutes. DoorDash was the delivery person. I guess my order was supposed to be 17 bucks. Somehow it came out to 28. They said the tip was included With that, so I said OK by the time my DoorDash driver got here. The pizza was lukewarm On top of looking like garbage are they afraid to use cheese come on I do not want to see a bear piece of pizza with nothing on it but sauce and a pepperoni that is ridiculousMy fries was absolutely cold and he was expecting a tip so I did. I tipped him a few more bucks. I honestly wanted to return it but by the time it got here it was already 1030 so I ended up selling it to the neighbors for 10 bucks

  Ordered a mushroom and onion pie online. 19 minute wait. Sounds good. Drive down 15 minutes later and wait over 45 minutes by. Empty dinning room, delivery bros smoking weed in the parking lot. Nothing going on. At. All.. pizza was blazing, so was everyone working in there.

  About two months ago, on separate weeks, my wife and I called in pizza orders. The total was the same both weeks: approximately $28. I did not add a tip as this was going to be a pickup order and not a sit down meal. The pizza was very good both weeks. Fast forward to a month ago when we were reconciling our Capital One bill and we discovered the charge one week was $3 more than our receipt and the second one was more than $5 more than our receipt. I made two trips to this Pizza Hut on Miami Circle speaking to a shift leader who was most helpful but unable to authorize a refund. The next time I went by I spoke to the manager and he told me that he was referring it to his boss. I have heard nothing since that time. I was told that this has happened in the past with an employee working the evening shift. Although, $8 will not adversely affect me in any appreciable way whatsoever, I will find another pizza shop to patronize in the future.

  ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS experience last week. Ordered pizza for takeout. Took OVER AN HOUR to be done. My finance waited at the store for 45 minutes or so. My order said it would be ready by 5:17. He didn’t leave with the pizza until after 6. I originally placed the order at 5. I have tried calling MANY times to complain and NO ONE will answer the phone at the store. I am done ordering pizza from here. Will take my business elsewhere. Waiting for pizza is one thing, not being able to get anyone to answer the phone is ludicrous. I’ve tried over 10 times EDIT/UPDATE - there is a response telling me to reach out, I did and I have gotten NO response from them as well. This place is a joke. It’s been almost a month since trying to contact these people and I literally cannot get anyone to answer me.
