Boy did I pay the price for this. My best friend and I went and we both got so sick. This would be deadly if someone had a gluten allergy. The staff is clearly not trained enough to know. I don’t think the Itto ramen base soup was gluten free. It all tasted like a drive thru version of Japanese. Maybe when they opened it was good but I make way better tasting pho and ramen at home. Will never return
