  The only McDonald's I ever have an issue with requesting to purchase an extra side of breakfast sauce with my bagel. It seems to fall under what employees take the order. Sometimes it's allowed others it is not. I'll just stick with Airport Rd for my breakfast moving forward. It's funny that you may purchase any other sauce except that one.

  I get you don’t wanna be at work this late but the rudeness and not evening saying thanks for choosing McDonald’s or whatever then just cutting me off is absurd. Also wearing your AirPod while your at work isn’t really work appropriate. Thankfully I only ordered a drink because every time I come here it’s always a 15 minute wait for food late at night, don’t understand why it takes you that long when there are multiple people on shift.

  I deliver for Uber Eats and had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s location. When I went through the drive-thru to pick up an order, there were no other cars in line. The man working the window — who was the manager — immediately gave me a rude and disgusted look. He took about 20 minutes to hand me the order and didn’t include the receipt with the Uber code, which I needed to complete the delivery. I waited and tried to get his attention by honking several times, and he clearly saw me but chose to ignore me even though he wasn’t busy. When he finally came to the window, he said “What do you want?” in a disrespectful tone. I explained I needed the receipt, and instead of helping, he played around with it and then shut the window in my face. It’s disappointing and unprofessional — especially coming from a manager. McDonald’s should really look into how customers and delivery drivers are being treated at this location.

  Drive thru at 5:15 PM on Tuesday, 4 Nov. Ordered double quarter pounder with cheese. Top & bottom of the bun were absolutely saturated with grease, like a sponge. The grease coated the container, soaked through, and soaked the bag. Fries were stale and cold. This is slop. Pure slop! Couldn’t eat it. Went into the garbage. Next day, the “contact us” notice from the franchise owner appears. It’s not a link. I suspect this is simply a ploy to make the public think they care. I don’t need to talk to you. All the people making the same complaints over and over just deserve for you to clean up your act. You can generally count on decent fast food from most McDonalds around the world — but not here. I think the residents and workers in Biltmore Park should consider a boycott of this place.

  Its been awhile since Ive had a McDonald's egg mcmuffin but last I checked eggs are not green unless youre reading a Dr. Seuss book. The drive thru gentleman was short and definitely did nkt want to be there. No condiments were offered, sugar an milk for coffee nor ketchup for mcmuffin. The McMuffin was dry, and seemed as if it had sitting for awhile. Just didn't taste right, when I looked the egg was mostly green! I ripped it in half to inspect further, it showed green on inside as well. I took it back in, and the young lady advised thats normal if they are old!! REALLY?! I was more taken aback at the normalcy attitude from her as if "meh" just a green egg. What am I missing here?
