  We opened the door to this Dunkin Donuts and were denied entry. The employee said they were closing the dining room because they were short staffed but the drive through was open. We decided to order in the drive through, but that was a big mistake. The line was very long and once we entered the line, we were stuck. The coffee and donuts were good, but it wasn’t worth the hassle.

  I come here on the regular almost every other day and they keep getting my drinks wrong. They give me the wrong order. Don’t forget certain ingredients on just regular food and drinks. It feels like a waste of money every time I come I’m not coming back anymore it’s so annoying. I don’t know There’s several workers there so I don’t really know what’s happening. It’s gotten to the point where I found a mold on one of my biscuits before and I didn’t even have the energy to go back. Not sure what’s going on.

  I literally got up early, left early, got to Dunkin with 15 mins to spare before work and I'm sitting at the order thing saying hello and then i drove up to the window and this lady is just walking around with her little wallet thing and then goes and stands by the computer where you order inside and is just standing there and gets on her phone (mind you she looked at me multiple times) and then she finally comes to the window and I was like I have a mobile order and I have to be at work and she goes and gets the paper and comes back and was like I got it I just opened...like yall opened at 4 o'clock and it is now 450 and ive been here for 5 mins already and she dilly dallied in there and I had to pull off and leave without my food and drink I already paid for bc she took over 7 mins to make my stuff and I'm pissed like I got up early, placed the order early, got to dunkin early, and didn't get my stuff bc this lady wanted to take her time and got to her own job late. I'm sooooo pissed off. I received a similar service the morning before when id placed my order 5 mins before arriving and she didnt start it until I got there and then took 7 mins just to make an iced coffee (which was awful btw). I have never had an issue like this from the Dunkin on Hendersonville rd. I'd place the order and get it when I pulled up to the window or at least shortly after but I thought id try this location since its closer to work. I guess that wont work.

  I was directed to this location by google. It stated that the location closed at 9pm. I placed a mobile order at 815pm and was greeted by a very rude young lady stating they were closed, google was wrong I could go in the app and figure out it out myself and told bye! Luckily I'm a Dunkin girl so while I'll be back, never to this location.

  This is the worst dunkin in the area, evwrhtime I go something is wrong and I have to have them fix it, and half the time its still wrong. Especially the morning crew the people working would rather just gossip and goof off than do their job. One day they got everything wrong on my mobile order so I emailed them.about it THIS WAS A MONTH AGO AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING!!!!!!. Save your self the trouble and go to the one by the airport or in Hendersonville road.
