I’m not one to complain much—the food is great! But I’m a regular customer and a big guy at 6'4" and 230 pounds. Before Hurricane Helen, I got what I paid for, but every time I come in now, the workers are skimping on the portions. When I ask for a little more, I get charged extra. Management, please do a little better.

Great experience at the CAVA on Airport Road in Arden. The food was fast, fresh, and delicious. I ordered a chicken bowl and it was honestly perfect—everything cooked well and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the line moved quickly. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

After several bad experiences at this location, decided to give it another chance after taking some time off. Sure enough, order was supposed to be ready at 6:15, upon sitting at the window and not being acknowledged for several minutes, somebody finally came. They could not find the order and I showed it to them on the app, they finally said that it was buried six orders deep and asked me to do a lap. I informed them that I would like compensation for my inconvenience. Fast forward almost 15 minutes later, the person that appeared to be, the manager was rude and denied me any sort of gift card or a compensation for 15 minutes extra of my time. My other experiences included shreds of plastic wrapping in our food as well as two occasions with hair. The Biltmore village location as far as superior of this, at this point, this location is just comical.
